Sleeping late because coffee

I love sports it is good for health and wellness.

I am putting on weight so I know best way to lose weight is exercise.

I join the Electric Run Malaysia 2015, it was fun night but if can reverse time. I would purchase some lights for decoration myself. :D

Sometimes  I sleeping late because I had strong coffee. I cannot sleep if I drink coffee.

40 minutes without electricity in the night

Yesterday night no electricity for 40 minutes, it was heavy rain the night but it didn't last long. Yeah I awake then for sometimes until my dear woke up he knows no electricity. He's feeling hot and itchy.

As for son he's asleep all night long.

I sure need a break, yesterday brought son to watch Special ID but sad to say they only allow to watch when it is free listing. :(

Anyway tonight date with my dear for Las Vegas movie! :D

Skin allergy

I am very careful when comes to try products, I would ask first before I claim them. Yeah it is for the health and best of me, I don't want to end up allergy to any.

Seashells products are not suitable for me to consume, example crab or prawn. I love to eat crab, that just once a while! I seldom eat prawns as they make my lips and throat itchy.

Zoombies late today!

Yeaterday i have terrible sleeping so heaty back i feel. My hair also itchy, yeah must be body heaty. Son also late go school because new alarm clock no make sound on time i set. Late to school prefects waiting at gate ask late students to write name and class in book.

Morning zoombie mommy

I feel like I am zoombie in the night because I am used of sleeping late, I need to get up early because my son has started going to primary school here. Yeah I need to prepare him to go early school, his class starts at 7.30 and ends at 1pm.

Even I am feeling he's a zoombie too, he sleeps late as cannot sleep early. He tried sleeping at 9pm then wakes up 10pm. He's crying then because he cannot continue to sleep.

Breastfeeding zoombie

My baby is eight month old and he still prefer bottle feed, I have no choice but pump milk and also give some milk formula when I don't have enough milk. I have lack of sleep but lucky my dear is being helpful, he send son to school so that I can rest more. My baby is also taken care by lovely sil.

It is almost time to fetch my son from school, alright I will try blog more often.

Mommy Zombie

Yeah I have been waking up middle of night to care and feed my baby. He is five month old now and he is active boy that wants to cuddle and sleep. Sometimes he wants to sit down or stand seeing the light.

I pumped milk every 3 hour to feed him, but some nights I am feeding him fomula milk as I want to rest more. I need to purchase fomula milk later as I have 4 more fomula milk feed for him that's it. This Saturday baby needs to see doctor for injection. I don't know if she is gonna give free fomula milk like last visit.

Laura Mercier

I have not been updating my blog because I am busy, I won Laura Mercier product for the first time. You are looking at them, they are two products. My friend won a makeover last year but not manage to attend and it was sad if she went she could bring back RM100 worth of Laura Mercier product.

I won this product from Magazine contest, this month March I have not purchase any magazine to take part in contest.

My dear won Bio-Essence skin care product, lucky the collection office is the same as my prize so I decided to collect on his behalf.

Parking rate at LCCT

I am going for a trip so we have to check whether we want to find taxi to go so I find out that there is website where you can check the parking rate of LCCT, if you have interest to know click on the link to find out. I find this website useful for everyone.

We are going to Singapore and it is my first time to go there. I am excited and I have purchase two beautiful blouse for only RM35 from morning market. It is value for money and thank you for dad for buying them for me.

Sleeping late

I wake up many times in the night to care for my dear, he is sick so I need to watch him closely. I not enough of sleep but I am glad my dear is feeling better.

When comes to health matter you cannot save the money, you need to see the doctor. I am happy that dear seen the doctor!
